MALMÖ

Three small games, one city, the same thing underneath — seen from three different desks, each one further from the truth than the last.

Djupet puts you inside it — you run the cult, you manage the devotion and the dread and the chaos, you see the ritual deepen with your own hands.

Retur puts you one door away — a municipal dead-letter office that is, unofficially, aware of what it's adjacent to. You never join the cult. You just process what it sends through the post.

Diariet puts you a level further out again — a records office that only ever sees fragments other people reported without understanding what they'd seen. No cult, no ritual, no dungeon. Just paperwork about the edges of it, and a guarantee, stated upfront, that you will never get the full picture.

Same Malmö in all three. Same near-black palette, same JetBrains Mono, same dry institutional voice — Turning Torso rotates in one, gets cited as a structural anomaly report in another. Göran gets added to the cult's Discord by accident in one; a version of that same kind of tip lands on a different desk in a different game. Nothing is reconciled between them on purpose. That's the point — no single vantage point in this world ever gets the whole story.

Djupet
Idle cult management · Rosengård, Malmö
You run a small cult in a basement. Manage devotion, dread, secrecy, and chaos as the ritual deepens — everyday Swedish life described in the same matter-of-fact voice as a bus schedule, colliding with something that should not be. 40+ events inspired by Anders Fager, Kult RPG, and Call of Cthulhu, etc.

Four interlocking resources: andakt (devotion), dread, hemlighet (secrecy), kaos
Kaos events at 100: Göran from Discord leads prayers, a rival cult summons IKEA customer service
Retur
Bureaucratic sorting game · a dead-letter office
Five shifts at the municipal department for undeliverable mail. Read each letter, consult the regulations, stamp it for delivery, return, Archive 9, or quarantine. The rules expand every morning, later regulations override earlier ones, and the correspondence is increasingly aware of the arrangement.
Retur — the sorting desk Retur — a registered consequence Retur — a clean-run ending
Thirty hand-written supernatural letters; later, more specific regulations always win
Composure and suspicion — three lost composure or five suspicion ends the run
Real generated desk photography: a distinct image for a clean win versus a bad end
Diariet
Bureaucratic horror game · a records office, one desk further out
Five shifts processing incoming tips about the edges of the unexplained, for an office that officially handles nuisance complaints and unofficially exists to keep Djupet's cult off the front page. Dismiss it, file it as known, flag it for follow-up, or escalate it and lose visibility into what happens next. You are never given the full picture. That's the job.
Diariet — the intake desk intro Diariet — a clean-shift ending Diariet — the insight-maxed ending
Escalating always costs Insyn (insight/notice), correct or not — being right doesn't make you invisible
Several reports cite real Djupet events, reframed as outside tips from residents who didn't understand what they saw
Four endings — two ways to survive the week, two ways not to — that confirm the premise rather than resolve it
