A town/resource-management sim set in the world of Delve. You never go down. You run the town that outfits the people who do.
Recruit adventurers from seven classes, equip them from four shops (Blacksmith, Armorer, Jeweler, Outfitter), choose a depth, and send them in. Deeper expeditions split into checkpoints — you choose when to bank their gold and when to press deeper. If they fall, a burial ceremony gives them a procedural epitaph before their name is added to the Hall of Winners.
Competitive mode: challenge another keeper to the same dungeon. Create a game, share the link — your opponent joins and both of you fight identical floors seeded from the game ID. Expeditions are resolved server-side with a mulberry32 RNG so neither player can get a different dungeon by playing in a different order. A live Rival Town panel shows the opponent’s delver roster; a WebSocket stream delivers updates and catch-up replays on reconnect. When all delvers on both sides are accounted for, a side-by-side end screen compares survivors, depth, gold, and rooms cleared.
